By using SlabFinder, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy. If you do not agree with this policy, please do not use our application.

1.1 Information You Provide Directly

When you register for and use SlabFinder, we collect the following information:

• Account Information: Name, email address, phone number, and password
• Profile Information: Profile photo uploaded through our service
• Business Information: Company name, business logo, business address, business description, and operating hours
• Listing Information: Photos of stone slabs/blocks, material descriptions, dimensions, prices, and location information
• Payment Information: Subscription plan selected (processed through Apple/Google payment systems - we do not store credit card information)

1.2 Information Collected Automatically

• Usage Data: Information about how you use the app, including listing views, search queries, and interactions with other users' profiles
• Device Information: Device type, operating system, unique device identifiers, and mobile network information
• Analytics Data: App performance data, crash reports, and usage statistics collected through Firebase Analytics

1.3 Location Information

We collect location information only when you manually enter it for your business or listings. We do not track your GPS location or collect automatic geolocation data.

• Apple App Store / Google Play: Subscription payment processing

Your data is primarily stored in the United States (us-central1 region) through Google's Firebase infrastructure.

5.1 Access and Correction

You can access and update your account information at any time through the Profile section of the app.

You can request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us at Slabfinderapp@gmail.com. Upon request, we will delete your account within 30 days.

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect, request deletion, opt-out of sale (we do not sell data), and non-discrimination.

9. Account Deletion

You have the right to request deletion of your account and all associated personal data at any time. To delete your account:

1. In-App Deletion: Open the SlabFinder app, navigate to your Profile (bottom right), scroll down, and tap "Delete Account". Confirm your choice when prompted.
2. Email Request: If you prefer, you can also request account deletion by emailing us at slabfinderapp@gmail.com with the subject line "Account Deletion Request". Please include your email address and account details.

Upon receiving a deletion request, we will:

• Permanently delete your account and all associated personal data within 30 days
• Remove your listings from the marketplace
• Retain transaction records and payment information only as required by law for a limited retention period
• Send you a confirmation email once the deletion is complete
