Welcome to SlabFinder, a marketplace for natural stone slabs and blocks, owned and operated by Poseidon Industries Inc. By accessing or using our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using SlabFinder, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use SlabFinder. By using the app, you represent that you meet this requirement.

3. Account Registration

To use SlabFinder, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. Subscription Plans

SlabFinder offers the following subscription plans:

• Buyer Plan ($9.99/month): Browse all listings and contact sellers directly
• Seller Basic ($29.99/month): List up to 5 active slabs or blocks
• Seller Pro ($79.99/month): List up to 20 active slabs or blocks

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically unless cancelled. All payments are processed through Apple App Store or Google Play.

5. Listing Rules

Sellers agree to:

• Provide accurate descriptions and photos of listed materials
• Only list natural stone slabs and blocks
• Not list counterfeit, illegal, or prohibited items
• Honor agreed-upon prices and transactions
• Remove listings for sold items promptly

6. Marketplace Disclaimer

SlabFinder is a platform connecting buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for transactions between users. We do not guarantee the quality, safety, or legality of listed items. Users transact at their own risk.

7. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

• Use the app for any unlawful purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent listings
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Attempt to circumvent payment systems
• Scrape, copy, or distribute app content without permission

8. Intellectual Property

SlabFinder and its content are owned by Poseidon Industries Inc. and protected by copyright and trademark laws. You retain ownership of content you upload but grant us a license to display it within the app.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms, with or without notice. You may cancel your account at any time through the app settings.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

SlabFinder is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the app will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Poseidon Industries Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of SlabFinder.

12. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of SlabFinder after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
